為了救股市，繼英、美兩國禁止投資人放空金融股之後，台灣金管會也出手打擊空頭氣焰！
21日晚間金管會緊急宣布，從明天(22日)開始到10月3日為止，一共10個交易日，
禁止投資人在平盤下放空，包括臺灣50指數、臺灣中型100指數及臺灣資訊科技指數，
一共150檔成份股，也就是說，這兩個星期之內，台灣上市櫃高達上千家公司全面禁止平盤下放空
反對政府甘預市場自由機制！！
市場就是會反映它該反映的
禁止投資人在平盤下放空 將影響市場流動性
幸只施行十個交易日 不過106股價...恐難有樂觀表現...
922股價開高應可確定，但會怎麼走...就不一定了

This part of my life
Inspired by and adapted from the movie "The Pursuit of Happyness"
This part of my life, is called "being stupid."
It seems too long a part.

And I remember thinking how did he know to put the pursuit part in there? That maybe happiness is something that we can only pursue and maybe we can actually never have it."
